Super long wait for just an oil change I only went in for a simple oil change and it took an hour and 45 minutes when I was told when I walked in it would be less than an hour. Watch your wallet Was sold every warranty explaining that I travel alone all over the country and did not want to have any worries on the road. Low and behold every dealership I went to would not honor the warranties. By the time I make it back to All Star they tell me my warranties expired 1,000 miles ago. Not to mention they never called when my car was ready for pick up after service, having to waste 6hrs in Milwaukee waiting. Never again would I buy or service a vehicle here!! More

The advisor credited me with the advertised price, but I did not receive the 10% discount from the Service Special coupon I brought. 2) Per the Automobile Status Report, my car's tire depth and brake linings have miraculously improved since my previous visit one year ago. 3) The Status Report flagged Shock Absorbers/Suspension as requiring immediate attention. No detail was provided. The advisor suggested it was due to the stabilizer link bushings which were replaced a year ago. A call to the advisor seeking clarification has not been returned. More
