This Monday I waited two hours for them to change my oil then had them ask me if I wanted to get wipers after an hour and 40 minutes of me waiting when I told them I wanted the new wipers in the first place. i get you guys do a little extra than the places that just change your oil, but I’ve gone here before and it doesn’t take that long. What’s the point of an appointment if y’all over book anyways? More
Lock tumbler changed Had to have a lock tumbler changed and it came with a new key, which goes in and pulls out with great difficulty. I have not been able to get the key all the way in and have not forced it for fear ofgetting it stuck. I was told it’s just tight because it’s new and I should “break it in” by using the old key several times. This doesn’t seem right and seems like a coverup for (very expensive) shoddy workmanship. I've been coming to your dealership for over 6 years, and have the same problem. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, and had nothing but problems. I spoke to more than four people about this all said they couldn't help. I am considering next time going to the Honda dealer in Waukesha. Have someone that is a professional to fix your problem. Every time I leave I found your tech turns my lights from auto to off. Rather dangerous when your driving when it is dark and you can't see your light switches to turn them back on. More

I could have taken it to a local Honda dealership in Kenosha, which is where I live and work. Instead, I reached out to All-Star Honda, where I purchased my vehicle from, and they offered to pick it up and leave me a brand new CRV loaner. They returned my car within hours and stayed in communication with me the whole time. That was superb customer service and made the whole ordeal completely hassle free. More
