Feel of a VIP At dealership, appointment for brake recall service was made. Advised of the service lasting 4+ hours. I requested a car loan for that day. Vehicle was taken at noon following signing of loan agreement with check of insurance and I.D.. A comparably sized vehicle was loaned for balance of day and overnight. In early morning, the call to me of my vehicle ready for pickup.. The vehicle had been washed. The service manager was involved throughout entire service. I recommend the service department for your Honda or any vehicle purchased at AllStar Honda. More

When I made her aware i hadn’t an coupon she sounded annoyed that she had to re do my bill and was a bit snippy with me when I asked to use the wild card one on a warranty item. Just could have been handled more professionally. I come in there regularly and normally the person registering me just adds this on automatically as a courtesy. The gentleman who. Profiles me about a bad battery tried to tell me it wasn’t under warranty and was the original from 2012, however after insisting I knew it had been replaced there he “found it in the system” and figured out the warranty. I actually had an ever more concerning issue the previous time I was in. It was noted that my engine and cabin air filters were in the yellow and “may need replacing” next time. I changed them myself about two days later and the engine air filter was disgusting and the cabin one was completely full of bird seed, debris and a giant chunk of it had been chewed out. Anyone actually looking at those would have reccomended immediate replacement. I’ve always appreciated the courtesy there but my last two visits have left a bad taste in my mouth. Diagnostic of check engine light for domestic car I first asked if AllStar honda would look at my chevy since I've had them take care of my Odyssey with the timing belt, fuel pump, and power steering. I first asked if AllStar honda would look at my chevy since I've had them take care of my Odyssey with the timing belt, fuel pump, and power steering. They did a great job with that at a pretty competitive price. I had a check engine light on my chevy and they said would gladly find the problem. Due to multiple issues with this chevy I just bought, they needed another day on it. The nice service lady called me to let me know that and even offered me a loaner car until Monday and also a free diagnostic of the car. Got it back with the full 14 point inspection to find out the suspension is shot. I would've never known. Thanks to AllStar honda, I know not to drive it until I get enough funds to get it back for them to fix. More
