Very disappointed This particular visit was because after only one year of owning the vehicle my Sirius radio stopped working. They told me I possibly needed a reset. I This particular visit was because after only one year of owning the vehicle my Sirius radio stopped working. They told me I possibly needed a reset. I was not told how long this would take. It ended up being 2.5 hours. Car came out dripping wet, it was 23 degrees out. The car dryer there has been broken down the entire year I’ve own this vehicle. Last month I needed to have the fuel tank and AC panel replaced. Again on a 2018 vehicle. This all comes one year after spending months fighting for the money the sales people scammed me out of by not explaining a single warranty or service plan before sneaking it into my contract. $5,000 and many, many phone calls, emails and in person visits later and months of battling, I finally received my money. Besides free car washes I will never, ever go back to this business again. More

Then ironically damage had been done to our car that was another parties fault...they took the high road & responsibility & fixed it for us Free of Charge! They Absolutey stand above the rest! A bad recall My car had the airbag recall and I had contacted Honda USA who had initiated the contact with this dealership. my vehicle was supposed to be towed her My car had the airbag recall and I had contacted Honda USA who had initiated the contact with this dealership. my vehicle was supposed to be towed here it was not I was given multiple excuses while it was not towed, the airbag work was performed, while the SRS lights are still there. The wires on the driver's side are still exposed after having the service performed. Was informed that the seatbelt latch also needed to be replaced. My SRS system won't work..every time I called in no one knew what was going on. So after the recall work, my wife picks up the truck, the hood was left open. She realized this as she was driving on the freeway, it was flopping on the safety catch. The wires are still exposed by the driver's side kick panel from said work they did, SRS light is still on after replacing my airbags for the recall. Everyone that was assigned this role is only as good as the person they passed it off too, and they passed it quickly. It was a bad experience. More

Suspension check I had the rear shocks & sway bar links replaced & my car still “bottoms out” over RR tracks & potholes with/without passengers in the back seat. It to I had the rear shocks & sway bar links replaced & my car still “bottoms out” over RR tracks & potholes with/without passengers in the back seat. It took the service garage 3.5hrs to check over my car to which nothing was found to be wrong, other than my “after market” shocks. I was alluded to the fact that my new shocks were the cause for the bottoming out, but I cannot afford the slightly less than $700 I was quoted for Honda grade shocks. There has to be a reason for the bottoming out & I will continue to search until I find the cause! More
