Horrible Service: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE I had been a loyal All-Star Honda (previously Boyland Honda) since purchasing my vehicle in 2010. Over the last 3 years, the Service Department has be I had been a loyal All-Star Honda (previously Boyland Honda) since purchasing my vehicle in 2010. Over the last 3 years, the Service Department has become a joke both in terms of the quality of service and the way it's managed. For example, I had broken the valve stem on a relatively new (less than 6 months old) tire, and after bringing it in for service, not only did they manage to DAMAGE/PUNCTURE my tire doing their fix, they couldn't not replace it with the same brand (this was a standard tire). Currently, my "check engine" and "IMA" lights had been periodically turning on and off. This is my third time bringing it in for resolution, and they STILL haven't figured out what the issue is. In fact, I am not going on two weeks without my car (and one week since I've heard from a human being on its status). AVOID this dealership and service department like the plague! Don't trust them with whatever they tell you. Take your business elsewhere. More

Botched Service Took my SUV in for airbag recall replacement on 12/21 only to receive a call from the service advisor on 1/14 saying they didn’t even do the work. Whe Took my SUV in for airbag recall replacement on 12/21 only to receive a call from the service advisor on 1/14 saying they didn’t even do the work. When I reschedule it, Sarah did a wonderful job trying to make it right but at each check in, nothing went at expected or promised. I have no faith that my oil and oil filter were changed and on the most recent service appointment, All Star Honda failed to notice that my passenger headlight was out so now I have to take it back for a 3rd visit. I’ll be taking my 2013 Pilot elsewhere. More

Terrible customer service! The service writer was friendly and Polite .we brought the car in to have the driver leather seat bottom replaced. We where told it would take 2-2.5 hours to do the work.we had a 10:30 appointment.I called at 6:00 and was told it was done ,just had to do paperwork would take 15 minutes.I wife and I got there at 6:30 to pick up the car and was told it wasn’t done and won’t be done until the next day was then told that they would deliver a car to our house around 8:30 in the morning that didn’t happen I went to the car dealer at 11:30 the next morning finally the car was done the dealership never gave us the courtesy to give us a phone call let us know was going on .
