Friendly Service I appreciated the friendly service I received from Angela. She did a great job relaying information in lay terms and keeping me updated. Not in regards to Angela, but the establishment itself. Prices are comparable to Lexus which is a luxurious brand. I also think the wait time of 4hrs is ludicrous and so many appointments and walk-ins should probably not be accepted, however, I appreciated the nice waiting area, WiFi, shuttle, and beverages. More

Great customer service I went in for a air bag recall and one of the technicians actually cracked the clock in my vehicle. The manager on duty was very professional and apol I went in for a air bag recall and one of the technicians actually cracked the clock in my vehicle. The manager on duty was very professional and apologetic, she offered a rental and ordered the part to replace that day. Came back to get it fixed (for no charge), and they put my repair as priority- was in and out in about an hour. More
Constant confusion or misinformation My experience with the dealer was absolutely great and so I expected the same from the other departments at the dealership. It is unfortunate that that is not been the case. Each time I have gone to the service center there seems to be confusion or surprised when I tell them that I actually purchased the vehicle from them. The last experience made me question the materials that are being used during my regularly scheduled oil changes. I'm not sure that I trust the information that is being shared to me nor the recommendations and will not be returning to this dealership to receive services on my car beyond the warranty. More

Bad customer service My experience was bad, no communication the next day about the status of the car, rude manager that wanted to take away the deal that her associate ga My experience was bad, no communication the next day about the status of the car, rude manager that wanted to take away the deal that her associate gave me , and to top it off they parked the car outside next to a pile of snow which caused me to slip and fall trying to open the door. Last year I had a tire rotation done there and two of the tires had loose log nuts after leaving that could have caused me to get into an accident. More
