My new 2018 CRV had drafts in the door First should have bought there but my wife knew someone at another dealership. Took the time waiting for the right condition to recreate the problem. I came in to have a key repaired and programme John Milton, I wanted to take a moment to share with you my experience at All Star Honda yesterday. I came in to have a key repaired and programmed. My need for a key was immediate. I was met at the parts service counter by young man who quickly located and found the parts I needed. He directed me to the Service desk to schedule time to get the key programmed. Angela David was the service advisor. She greeted me with a smile and positive can do attitude. She was professional, courteous and always checking to make sure I was aware of what was going on with my car. II had forgotten my phone and she coordinated a vehicle for me to get my phone. I was only gone 20 minutes but having the phone while I waited was a gift. Angela is a leading example of customer care beyond expectations and I will be sharing the delightful experience with family and friends.
