EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ok, so I have had service at this Honda dealership before but never gave a review. My latest experience (as it has been before) was exceptional! Like EVERY customer before I’m sure, I told Caitlyn that I “was in a hurry.” Caitlyn acted like she had never heard that before and was so kind and accomidating to my needs She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assure me that she would let the guys and gals in service know of my situation! She patiently explained the services provided and explained 3 times about future recommendations as I simply didn’t “get it!” More

Great work, fast, and courteous! Even though the delearship was fully booked for service that day, I had a brake issue. They squeezed me in and solved two other problems I didn’t know Even though the delearship was fully booked for service that day, I had a brake issue. Not satisfied I have been there for car service n interior car clean n vaccum. The car mats were wet n it was in my trunk n they didn’t notify me. when i checked th I have been there for car service n interior car clean n vaccum. The car mats were wet n it was in my trunk n they didn’t notify me. when i checked that, they don’t have proper way to dry it. And one of the service guy told me that they used to dry the mats within the car with heaters on. More

Inept and deceptive We had a bad experience at Wilde Honda so thought we'd try All-Star for servicing our car even though it is much further from our home. HORRIBLE!! L We had a bad experience at Wilde Honda so thought we'd try All-Star for servicing our car even though it is much further from our home. HORRIBLE!! Last time we were in, they charged us for rotating the tires on our car. We know they did not perform that service because we had a slow leak in the driver side front tire and after the "rotation," there was still a slow leak in the driver side front tire. Fast forward several months. We took the car in again for maintenance and told them to check the tire. They couldn't find the leak, even though we had to frequently put air in that tire. Then they wanted to charge us $400+ for changing air filters, fluids, etc. Their multi-point inspection indicated that we needed immediate attention to change an engine air filter and the cabin/HEPA filter. However, my husband already changed those!!! When we told them that, they went back to look and sure enough, they said the filters were fine. So much for a multi-point inspection. We used to trust that a multi-point inspection was accurate and that it is done when we have service on our vehicle. What a joke. Terrible service. More
