My technician was pulled to work on other cars The car was dropped off on 3/5/19. The appointment was on 3/6/19. The car was promised for 3/9/19. The dealer called 3/12/19 to tell me added work was The car was dropped off on 3/5/19. The appointment was on 3/6/19. The car was promised for 3/9/19. The dealer called 3/12/19 to tell me added work was needed. This added work was authorized early on 3/13/19. I received a follow up call on 3/16/19 to tell me the car would be ready 3/20/19. Following my disapproval for the delay, the car was finished and picked up on 3/19/19. I was told that my technician was pulled to work on other cars. I need a new car in the very near future. My last 4 cars were Hondas. Not sure the 5th car will be a Honda. More

Sliding door closes on its own after opening I’ve brought my car in several times for the same problem. They refuse to fix it because it doesn’t happen when I bring the car in. When I asked I’d t I’ve brought my car in several times for the same problem. They refuse to fix it because it doesn’t happen when I bring the car in. When I asked I’d thus a common problem with the Odessy, I was told no even thought there is a lot of complaints about the sliding door. I still have the problem with the door closing on my kids after opening the door. I’ve had those problem for almost 2 years and this dealership will not fix it. I have always owned Honda’s after this experience I will not be buying another one again. More
