I had a concern and he did everything possible to make my service experience a positive one. Jordon, in service also explained everything to me and kept me up to date regarding my vehicle. I feel that I received excellent service on my vehicle at a very fair price. I will continue to have my vehicle needs serviced at All Star Honda. The way they treat their customers is outstanding. I am very happy with the service I received. More

Poor Efficiency. I had to wait one hour and 15 mins. For an oil change which was scheduled. Also after I left I realized that the oil % had not been returned to 100% a I had to wait one hour and 15 mins. For an oil change which was scheduled. I just think that servicing could be more efficient. More

Worst service dept. ever. Won't fix cars under warranty. I have brought my 2 year old Honda to this dealership for repair more times than I can count. (This Honda was purchased at All-Star Honda and it's s I have brought my 2 year old Honda to this dealership for repair more times than I can count. (This Honda was purchased at All-Star Honda and it's still under warranty today). The car has several major problems. I can't say that this dealership has ever 'fixed' Anything. The car has no heat, the computer screen doesn't work half the time, there's gas in the oil, the oil is black after a mere 1500 miles, the maintenance minder dummy lights pop up on the dashboard even after I've already done the maintenance (and the dealership won't reset them), and the car slams on the brakes at highway speeds when there's nothing in the road. All-Star Honda just denies there is a problem with every one of these issues. That's their way of dealing with it when they don't want to fix it, or don't know how to fix it. They just deny that there is a problem. A couple months ago I brought this same vehicle to All-Star Honda for an oil change. When I got home I checked the dipstick only to find the oil was still black and had a strong gas smell. I brought it back and upon inspection the service manager of All-Star Honda admitted the oil was never changed. The service department also does not know how to follow basic instructions. Every time my car comes out of the shop the tires are over inflated and traction is severely hampered. The last time I was there I asked them specifically to not touch my tires. I drove home with the tires slipping on the pavement. I checked the tire pressure and once again they were over inflated. Thanks All-Star Honda. This is the worst vehicle I have ever owned by far. And All-Star Honda is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. More
