Never had a bad experience I have always received great service at All Star Honda. I would say the only thing that could use improvement is how a customer service representative I have always received great service at All Star Honda. I would say the only thing that could use improvement is how a customer service representative greets a customer pulling their car in for service. These CSR are the first impressions, any available representative should always greet the customers with a smile and how can I help you today. It would be my experience watching that often it is the customer who speaks first. Pardon me if this sounds cliche but I believe it is more of a generational thing more and more young people are losing the social skills that are needed in these job positions. Other than that I have never had a bad experience. I also have to add the last complimentary car wash I received when my vehicle was complete looked great (my truck is black) I could see the boys put in some extra effort as most all of the water spots were gone. Great job everyone 😉 More

hood latch problem Was very disappointed with the results of my last visit. I had a very good review on my oilchange untill 3 day later when I went to open my hood to ch Was very disappointed with the results of my last visit. I had a very good review on my oilchange untill 3 day later when I went to open my hood to check transmission fluid, washer fluid and radiator level prior to going up north to pickup my grandson. At that time I released the hood latch from inside the car and then tried to open the hood and could not. Took the car back to you and your staff said the hood latch was broken and would cost me almost $600 to repair NOT HAPPY. More
