The service and the oil change were good. But So... bought the car 2 months ago and received a $150 gift card for use for anything at the dealership, including service. Went back two months later to get first oil change... we were told that the cards could not be used for service, according to the new ownership? Reasonable, I think not! We were not told about this until after it was too late to use it for service. Funny, I got an email the next day informing me of the new policy. Actually, not funny at all! More
Bad new ownership I was in to have my B16 maintenance work. When I went to pay the bill I gave the my All-Star MVP card with $150 on it. They inform me they no longer a I was in to have my B16 maintenance work. When I went to pay the bill I gave the my All-Star MVP card with $150 on it. They inform me they no longer accept the program. I talked to the new owner who reduced my bill $40. Watch out if you have on of those cards. More
Unbelievably inattentive My experience starts almost 4 years ago with the purchase of my vehicle. Although it didn't dawn on me until the end of 2018 when I was informed that My experience starts almost 4 years ago with the purchase of my vehicle. Although it didn't dawn on me until the end of 2018 when I was informed that the service plan I thought I had the whole time, had been cancelled 2 months after I purchased the car. From there, I found out some other things had been cancelled and that the contract on file worh Honda financial is a fraud. Moving forward, I needed another oil change and tire rotation. I had a business card signed by the service manager to get that done for free, because he felt bad with all that I found out about and had gone through. I mentioned the card at the time of scheduling. Checked in and showed the card, asking if she needed it then. Was told to wait until I was done. At the end of service, I was told I don't have free oil change or tire rotation on my contract. I reminded the same woman of the card and handed it to her. She said that she needed to get authorization to use the card. Really? Couldn't have gotten that while I was waiting? Then comes back saying the office managers are no longer in. I would have to pay. For FREE SERVICE. Told I would get a call back the next day to get the free service handled and a refund if it was ok. No call. I called and spoke to Mark Wade. He listened to me, and seemed genuinely concerned with redeeming All Star Honda. Well, still no refund, may have to wait for a check to come in the mail, that the person that would authorize the reimbursement to my card was out of the office. Never again, will I ever return to All Star Honda for anything after this. I also will be moving up the chain however I can to make sure I get the response I deserve. I dealt with Brenda in service. The free service card was given by Chris Cintron, and I mentioned my dealing with Mark. Not sure who else is involved in putting me on the back burner though. (Chris at least tried to make me happy with the free service.) More

Poor service Was given a quote over the phone for tires.. was told all in under $500. I said this includes everything. Told yes. Well that is not what happen. Also was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. At 2 hours I had to ask how much longer. Was told they were just starting the ailment. The I watch the 3 guys on there phones chit chatting with each other as my car was not being worked on. More
