I feel Chris is honest and doesn't try to add work that doesn't have to be done. Coupons and discounts help. Every little bit helps. I will go back to All Star Honda, for my car service needs as long as I feel comfortable with the service and prices. More

Great Service but watch coupons! Had my 15,000 mile service performed. Unfortunately, they found a nail in one of my tires that cannot be repaired, so I had to have a tire replaced t Had my 15,000 mile service performed. Unfortunately, they found a nail in one of my tires that cannot be repaired, so I had to have a tire replaced too. I had a coupon for 10% off my service and when I received the bill I did not see any discount. When I contacted them, they said they just charged me less and after discussing the charges they did not really give me 10% off. They gave me approximately $25 off and I should’ve had at least $38 off. My issue with this is that are the people checking you out there just estimating what they think might be 10% off ? They said they would give me a free tire rotation next time to make up the difference, but I don’t think the way they handle this is very good. More
