Checked everything under the sun except my concern I came in at 11:30 am to check my 2006 Honda Ridgeline from the truck bed door compartment. The door is still stuck. I was quoted a 139.00 for diagnos I came in at 11:30 am to check my 2006 Honda Ridgeline from the truck bed door compartment. The door is still stuck. I was quoted a 139.00 for diagnostic cost. I waited until about 330 pm where they told me all these random things wrong with my truck. I left and turned around to go back because the door to the truck bed compartment was not checked. Yes also was told my truck would be washed and it wasn’t. I was told that the car wash wasn’t working as a car that was washed pulled up behind me. I waited again this time until about 530 pm. I was told that the mechanic would have to call another Honda dealer to know how to open it and I would receive a call on Monday. Today is Monday and I have yet to receive a call after I paid 160.00 for problems I didn’t ask for. This is the last time I go to that dealer for service or to even buy a vehicle. No I don’t recommend this place. No I won’t come back. No no no no no! More
Looooong The only reason I scheduled an appt for N oil change at the dealership was to use our MVP rewards gift card THAT IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED! Very frustrating as we called a week ago and they told us we had until the end of September to use it before it expired. The staff was extremely apologetic and did offer me a coupon price but I was there for over 2 hrs which is unacceptable!!! More

All Star Honda's Service Department is in high demand, yet they fit in a same day appointment for an oil change and multi-point inspection for my vehicle. I thought the service departm is in high demand, yet they fit in a same day appointment for an oil change and multi-point inspection for my vehicle. I thought the service department treated me with courtesy and fairly assessed the needs of my vehicle. What greatly surprised me was to find that when my service took longer than expected, they didn't charge me for the work! Thank you, Chris! You have a loyal customer! More
