Took my Telluride in for the 7500 mile service. The service was fine but the car was not washed. Never in all my years of taking my car to a dealer was the car not washed. I will not take my car ther service was fine but the car was not washed. Never in all my years of taking my car to a dealer was the car not washed. I will not take my car there again. More
Grant Conrad was awesome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of what was needed and wanted. We give Grant 5******** Rating!!! Beware of Mike in the finance department! Very rude and arrogant and he wanted to be "in charge" of the interest rate on the financing. NOT happening.....847 credit score, and we are NOT paying a stupid crazy high interest rate for a 2020 used vehicle with a 5.1% interest rate. We left at 3.31% Mike never made eye contact in a 30 minute window. Mike in finance gets -1 -* rate. Most rude person in the dealership. More
Go in for service and youll get blindsided by these people pressuring you into a trade in. Very pushy dishonest aggressive staff. I wood not recommend We bought out 2016 Kia Sorento in 2018 it was used ok i'm good with that but me and my wife went yesterday to see about trading it in and we spoke wit We bought out 2016 Kia Sorento in 2018 it was used ok i'm good with that but me and my wife went yesterday to see about trading it in and we spoke with Grant Conrad and we looked at a 2020 sodona and sorento which we like the sodona more but anyhow he told us the price was 35000 which ok im good with how ever kelly blue book on it was 27000 which i know they have to mark it up for a commision ok not a problem but going it to this i told him i wanted to trade in my current one because i can not afford 2 car payments well he had the NERVE to tell us that they wood not take my trade in that i ought to get the new one and just STOP making payments on my current one and let it get repoed. I'm sorry but where in the right mind do you have the right to tell me that. so now after that I will not be going back, I really hope Jack Frost sees this but i know he wont so thats ok More
Poor service after the sale Daughter purchased a used vehicle with a 90 days assurance. Within one week the car was overheating and shutting down. They worked on the car and gave Daughter purchased a used vehicle with a 90 days assurance. Within one week the car was overheating and shutting down. They worked on the car and gave it back to her. In the mean time it has now been in their shop twice and the ford dealer once. No one can fix the car correctly so now they want her to pay $6300 for a new motor. If she had drive pastthe 90 days and this started is one thing but to repair it twice within the time frame and and 3 more times for the same thing you have said repeatedly you fixed or had fixed. More
