You would have thought I was buying a brand new vehicle with the first class attention I received. Karl was absolutely the best and most courteous salesman I have ever encountered. I must admit I've had a negative opinion towards dealerships due to bad experiences I've had in the past. What a breath of fresh air this experience has been! They even delivered the vehicle to me free of charge, when I was going to return in the morning with my wife to complete the paperwork. A delivery team delivered the vehicle that evening on the same day, even though we lived over an hour away and brought the paperwork for us to complete! I am amazed and will unequivocally recommend Ronnie Watkins and Karl Adams to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle! The best experience I've had from any dealership in my life (I'm 57)! More
