Will NEVER go back. Worst customer service ever. I thought I would go to a small home-town dealer to try and help out a local business. Not making that mistake again, or at least never going back to I thought I would go to a small home-town dealer to try and help out a local business. Not making that mistake again, or at least never going back to Glen at Ronan Auto Sales. Before I bought the vehicle, the diagnostic thing said I needed to service my AWD. I asked Glen about this and he said he'd take care of it within the week that I bought it. After hounding him for 2 months he finally made an appointment and got it fixed. He had to bring it to Missoula to get it fixed so I asked if he would be putting gas in for the trip and he said that they regularly don't since he's doing me a "service" by bringing it to Missoula for me. When I brought it up that him getting it fixed was part of the original deal then he said he would figure something out. He literally put in $10 (it's an SUV). Every other time I have bought a vehicle, the dealer filled the tank up for me so I didn't think to ask Glen about that... Once I bought the vehicle, I went straight to Harvest Foods and when I went to park the gas light came on! I bought a $20,000 vehicle and he didn't have the decency to even give me enough gas to get home. I was also planning on getting personalized plates but he didn't get my title to the courthouse until 2 days before I had to have plates on my car. Both myself and the courthouse called him multiple times about the paperwork and he always said he'd have it there later that day so I would waste trips to Polson thinking the paperwork was there and he still wouldn't have it. It was only after I bought my vehicle there that many other people told me about their bad experiences working with Glen. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO RONAN AUTO SALES. More
