No Follow Up or Don't Care On 6/20 I had 2 issues reviewed on my 2014 Sonic RS Sedan the one I wanted follow up on was the alleged repair of marks on the bumper possibly caused On 6/20 I had 2 issues reviewed on my 2014 Sonic RS Sedan the one I wanted follow up on was the alleged repair of marks on the bumper possibly caused by rubbing by the trunk lid. I was told it was "Fixed" unfortunately on my part I did not physically check the area until later that day, the marks are still there plus I had white polishing compound residue on my trunk lid no where in the area of the bumper. I left a message on the Dealer Website contact area and I was contacted on 6/23 by someone who said they were the Service Manage where I shared my concern of my observation and I asked to know what exacty was "repaired" and done to my vehicle. That person said they would call my back. Well today is 6/28 and still no return call even though I also made contact with Chevrolet Customer Care specialist who seemed if they were going to contact the dealer too. This was first GM vehicle purchased in a long time. I am consisdering the purchased this fall and GM vehicles were under consideration. I came in the dealer ship to have service on my 2011 Equinox . We decided to look at the newer models while waiting, when Robert asked if, i would me interested in a 2013. I gave him my requirements in order to do this and he met all of them. He was very honest and very nice to both of us. I left my 2011 and drove out with my NEW 2013 Equinox. I will be back to buy my daughter her next car when we are ready. There was no pressure which i liked about the sales person and the dealer ship everyone was so nice, i have already recommend to my friends to go to Ron Westphal for there next purchase. More
