I was looking for a larger vehicle for my new business and stopped by the Ron Westphal Chevy Dealer to look at some SUV's and mini vans. I was able to take the car home over night and test drive it see if it would fit my needs. We returned the following day to purchase the van. Dan Taylor the service manager was very courtious and professional to work with during the purchasing processes. I have not purchased a car in over 5 years, but I must say this was the easiest car purchase I have every gone through. I was able to complete the entire transaction in about 2.5 hours. This is our 2nd vehicle from Ron Westphal Chevy. Everyone was very nice and the negotiating went very smoothly. The only thing that could be improved was the delivery time of the vehicle. We waited a long time for it to be detailed after the papers were done and it could have been done a little better (for the amount of time it took). We just purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu. We recieved a very good price on the car as well as our trade in.
