Originally went in to have service done on my car. Dan Gardo was very friendly and knowledgeable. We found that Ron Westphal Chevy was extremely family friendly. Mike Wiley was very nice and respectful to our young children. He showed us the waiting area that was comfortable for our children. As for the transaction, Mike gave my wife and I space when we needed time to discuss, yet he was available when needed. I especially appreciate that Mike was the one who went to pick up our new Traverse from the Chevy dealer who had it in stock. That is a level of customer service that I believe puts them above many of the other new car dealers. As for Dan Taylor, the Sales Manager, he was very nice and friendly as well. We felt comfortable speaking with both gentlemen. They both have a great sense of humor that meshed well with mine.
