Frank Avila is the single best salesperson I've EVER dealt with when looking for a new car. No pressure, willing to go the extra mile to do what he could to make the experience a pleasant one. I actually felt bad not buying a car from him (the one I was looking at was a GREAT price, just not the exact car I was looking for and there wasn't anything else he could do at the end of the model year). He didn't try to force me into buying that car or some other one that I wasn't looking for - he wanted me to have the right car at the right price for me and to give up a sale for that is something I won't forget. The next time I am looking for a Chevy - Westphal Chevrolet and Frank Avila will be my first stop. I have already recommended Frank to several family members and friends and will continue to do so - he's a class act all the way. I came in the dealer ship to have service on my 2011 Equinox . We decided to look at the newer models while waiting, when Robert asked if, i would me interested in a 2013. Scott was great to work with. We came to purchase a new vehicle which the dealership had in stock however when we came back to purchase it, it was sold. Scott worked to find us the exact same car. After trying for a couple of days could not find a match so we came in and just placed an order. A few days went by when Scott called and said that he did find an exact match but it was 250 miles away. He went and got the car for us a few days later. We were thrilled that he took a day to go get the car so we didn't have to wait the 4 - 6 weeks for the ordered one. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend the car dealership to friends and family. More
