He was NOT aggressive with his "sales pitch", which was a major factor in my decision to purchase a Chevy vehicle. I had been to other dealers, which "bum-rushed" me as soon as I got out of my car. I ended up purchasing the Spark LT2, in Silver, which they didn't have in stock. Mike located one in Michigan. He then went to the trouble of going to Michigan and bringing the vehicle back himself. I worked with an internet associate @ Ron Westphal who mislead me on the options a particular pre-owned vehicle had (2013 Chrysler Town & Country) I actually had made a deal on another van like this one mislead me on the options a particular pre-owned vehicle had (2013 Chrysler Town & Country) I actually had made a deal on another van like this one at a dealer near my house and killed that deal upon hearing this van had ALL the options I wanted and was the same price as the one I was buying locally. Ron Westphal is about an hour from my house and when I got there I was VERY disappointed the van was equipped the same as the one I was buying. The only reason I got my money back and came to RW was because this van allegedly had heated seats and factory remote start. It had neither of these options. Between Mike Wiley, Mike Kalsto and Bill Houlis I not only saved additional money on the van but they had the van equipped with after market remote start and heated seats and then delivered the van to my house the following Saturday morning. This, in my eyes, is WAY above and beyond customer service. My expectations were exceeded and I will not hesitate to contact them for my next vehicle. More
