I was dreading the whole experience of buying a car and was pleasantly surprised. Gene Babb was my sales person and his easy going personality and no pressure attitude put me at ease starting with my phone call. He had the car waiting for me to test drive with license plate in hand when I walked up. I didn't even have to find him . . . he found me as I was walking toward the car. From test drive to walking out the door with keys to my new car took less than two hours. I could not be happier. I highly recommend talking to Gene if you're looking for a car. Gene gives great customer service, does what he says he's going to do and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Gene. Once I decided to lease a 2014 Chevy Equinox, they helped me out tremendously by arranging to pick it up from the repair shop to bring it in to the dealership. This saved me time and the hassle of trying to arrange rides to pick it up. I also had very limited time on the day I was taking delivery of my new car. Mike made sure to keep the paperwork process moving quickly to help me make an appointment I had afterward. In spite of the time crunch I had, he made every effort to ensure I was knowledgeable and comfortable with my new vehicle before I left the dealership.
