I orginally was going to buy from another dealer but they dropped the deal we had come to an agreement with. I called my husband in tears because I had already booked my flight and everything was pretty much sealed. He advised me to call other dealerships so I did and I ended up on the phone with Craig Doby and he has been nothing but pleasant and helpful for the past almost 3 weeks it took for us to have the paperwork and for me to fly up here! Both Craig and Josh have gone above and beyond to ensure I had a better experience than the one I received at the other dealership! I HIGHLY recommend doing business here. There were a couple hiccups here and there which is always to be expected but it didnt faze them and they figured everything out. Truly the most amazing and pleasing experience I could have had for buying my first ever Brand new car. Thank you so much! More

I have so many great experiences with Toyota because Evan Muncy excellence in service and hiring top notch staff. Jack was exceptional in service. He was kind, efficient, calm and effective. He assisted me in repairing my car and delt with risk management from the other company. He provided me me with daily updates and reassured me that my vehicle would be well taken care of.
