Prepaid maintenance service Well I bought a prepaid maintenance service when I first purchased the truck 2014. My truck has 39k five years later so I go and get my oil change and I had to pay because my extended maintenance had expired , even tho my truck has only 39k so what I’m saying is I am getting penalized due to not using my truck. My last dealer was Toyota of Gladstone and I had the same issue and they actually gave me the service until the 60k miles , even if the year of the contract expired..... never again I’m buying extended maintenance or warranties More

He listened well to a concern I had about a rear rattle, talked to my mechanic team - when it was up on tbe rack gor tire rotation, they found the simple issue and corrected it! Bravo team! Wonderful customer Service! I will see you for my next 5,000 mile round! AND I bought got the car used st a Honda dealership and they still treat me like royalty! Just saying it's worth it! More

Didn't do the work they said they did. Ron Tonkin Toyota Took my Toyota to their Service department who checked all items as done but I discovered that they didn’t reset my oil change wa Ron Tonkin Toyota Took my Toyota to their Service department who checked all items as done but I discovered that they didn’t reset my oil change warning light and I had to return the car to them the very next day to have it reset. Another day I had to take off time from work. I then realized that my wiper blades were old and hadn’t been checked by service but again they were checked off as having been inspected. What else did they not inspect? The service dept. gave me a free car wash coupon worth about $3.00 for their neglect. I will NOT have my car serviced by them in the future. More
