I had 2 recall services performed. The check-in process for an 1115 appt and vehicle drop-off was very good. I had asked the Tech to call me at a specific phone number, which we both r The check-in process for an 1115 appt and vehicle drop-off was very good. I had asked the Tech to call me at a specific phone number, which we both repeated at least 3 times. I left and went shopping. I believe about 1 hour or so after leaving I received a text message that the service tech had found 6 other issues with the car. The issues were not spelled out. That was the basic content of the text. Later in the day at about 1615 I called the service dept to check on the car as I had not received a text or phone call. The rep stayed the car had been ready for a couple hours to my surprise. I went to the dealership and picked up the car. When I spoke to the tech he stated they had texted me about completing the work I never received a text from them but as stated above they had sent me a text earlier to the same number. I was a little upset about wasting 2 hours as my drove is about 125 miles one way. We have no local dealer here. I signed the paperwork and left. The rep never told me what the 6 other issues were so they must not have been important as the text message made them sound. This is the dealership that I purchased the car from. More
