This was undoubtedly THE BEST vehicle buying experience we've encountered in the past 30 years, not only vehicle wise at a great price......but EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. On 7/22/12, I found the vehicle we wanted online & sent an e-mail inquiry to the dealership. On 7/23, I very promptly received a call from Jaron following up on my inquiry. After a few negotiation contacts that day with Jaron & some additional assistance from Floyd, we settled on an excellent trade-in for my vehicle & an excellent discounted price on the new vehicle. Within 24 hrs. we were driving home in our 2012 Dodge Journey, which by the way, is an incredible vehicle. We traded in a 2010, just like it. During our brief visit to finish paperwork & pick up vehicle, we met some of the nicest professional staff & were made to feel like valued customers by all of them. They even shared their special Hawaiian lunch buffet with us.......YUMMY!!! Although we live on the Oregon Coast, the 4-hr. round trip drive to & from Tonkin in Gladstone was well worth it & I'm positive we'll do it again & again for future new vehicles. We not only acquired a new vehicle, but we feel like we've acquired some new friends that will bend over backwards to accomodate customer needs. Ok so we researched cause our credit wasn't the best and found this place. We called and were told yeah come,we specialize in bad credit. Set up appointment with Scott. He wasted our time and treated us like crap. So we leave without a car and few days later go somewhere else (were we got a nice car we like) however when they pull our credit we find out its,dropped a crazy amount. Were pretty sure Scott just,sent our,credit to every bank he has after we left. Stay away from this guy. We knew going in bout our credit however they said they could help and we didn't realize that he would jack us around. If u go there do not,work with this guy Scott Granstrom! More

I brought my 2004 Dodge Dakota in for a scheduled lube and oil change and in addition to that , had an overall vehicle inspection, a brake job, new tires and a leaking transfer case seal replaced.
