Poor customer service! I’ve bought my Volkswagen CC from Poor customer service! I’ve bought my Volkswagen CC from Ron Tonkin Chevy almost two years ago, As well as an extended warranty for my car. I receiv Poor customer service! I’ve bought my Volkswagen CC from Ron Tonkin Chevy almost two years ago, As well as an extended warranty for my car. I receive emails from ron Tonkin with coupons and discounts about monthly. I noticed I got one for a discounted oil change and decided to call and set an appointment. I clarified before the appointment that I had a Volkswagen and need synthetic oil I also asked if the coupon would still apply and was told that it was not a problem at all. Fast forward to my appointment I was greeted with horrible customer service. The man at the counter was clearly aggravated that my car was not a Chevy (even though I called a head of time to make sure) continued to lecture me on how I shouldn’t have gotten the email even though it has my name and my cars make a model on the email from THEM. Then told me it would take an hour and a half to get done. When I came back for me car I was greeted by another Man who also was clearly irritated telling me this oil change cost over $250 and that they would not be doing it again and acted as if it was my fault. I checked all paper work after I left and the total would have been $150 I paid $50. I have never had such a bad experience essentially for something that is out of my control, don’t send coupons if your employees can not maintain a cool front for customers. I have paid this company over $21,000 dollars in the last two years, even took my mother here to buy her new car a year ago. But based off how poorly I was treated and embarrassed I will never recommend rob Tonkin again. I suggest training your employees to control there emotions when with customers. Another customer waiting for their car apologized for the behavior of your employees. I do not recall the second mans name. More
From the time I walked in the door until the time I left this has been the worst experience that I’ve had with a car service area or a car dealer. This is the most rude bunch of people I’ve ever worked with in my life. The person that helped me didn’t even bother to give me his name maybe it’s because my face was African-American. Then he wanted to tell me all of these things that needed to be serviced on my car and I know that’s a bold face lie because I just had my car serviced two weeks ago and then also a week ago and had over $700 worth of stuff fixed so I know it’s not broken.Maybe this is how they suck or other cultures into using their services. I will never come here again to buy a car to get service on a car nothing. And this was a factory recall. Rude staff. They walk past you and don’t speak and they look right in your face. Never again. More

rude , unprofessional , unprovoked xxxx One of the worst experience I ever had with customer services & dealer ( well excluding Comcast ) , Body shop sent my 2016 c7 to check front parking c One of the worst experience I ever had with customer services & dealer ( well excluding Comcast ) , Body shop sent my 2016 c7 to check front parking camera , all they need it to do is to plug it claim the camera esn to the system , car stayed for 2 days for a job takes 10 minutes , the body shop provided their contact to provide updates on the technical challenges they are facing . called left several voice mail for services advisor Jason , never returned a phone call , I got through on 2nd day , he been extremely rude for no reason , said he can only provide updates to the bodyshop , I tried to stay calm and explained I am the owner and I got the contacts from them , and I am just trying to understand what is keeping the car for 2 days , again snarky rude , after failing to understand what is his deal , I requested the body shop to take the car out as is , he update them and say the camera are fault this why they are not working , which translate to they did 0 troubleshooting and let the car sit for 2 days without some one to look at it , Keep in mind we made an appointment before we even went there , so it is not like we crashed in and asked for help , any how car gets out after 2 days , body shop ask a tech with obd port access to reset and initialize the cameras and within 10 minutes it was working , The Tech was not part of their team and came as favor to Thomas from Central Auto Body, LLC , This have been my experience as first time and last time client to them . I have a 2014 Chevy Captiva, I work driving for Uber/Lyft so my car running great and safely is of the utmost importance. Over the past nine months besides the regular service check ups that Jeremy in Service suggested I do when I’m suppose to, we have had about four emergencies come up that without the quick and friendly help from Jeremy, this could have been a bad outcome for me and my passengers! I feel he is our friend who cares about us and our needs, everyone there is awesome, but Jeremy is our Superstar and we hope things never change at this dealership, we love it and will continue to have nothing but the best to say about it and Jeremy. I forgot to mention that he goes over and above the call of duty, he came out to the lot to put my brake light in, in a hurry and he stays after hours to get back to us on any questions or concerns we may have!
