Very professional, yet kind. I appreciated the easy courteous check on. I was informed via video ( while in the waiting room) the work they were doing . I was asked if I I wanted to move forward on what they suggested needed done. ( I really appreciated this part) no unexpected charges. I was continuously informed on time. So no waiting for hours not knowing. Yes you do pay a little bit more. It's 100% worth it. This is my car! And... they gave me a free car wash voucher. I will be back to this dealership for repairs as needed. Wendy More

Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Absolute trash. Definitely do not take your car here to be worked on. For now I’m dealing with having missed a funeral and driving on a long road trip in a black car with no air conditioning in August with an elderly woman and small children thanks to their incompetence. My daughter took her car in for a repair. They diagnosed it as a bad purge valve. That's a $40 part (full retail) that installs in a few minutes with no tools. Internet sites say that the repair should co it as a bad purge valve. That's a $40 part (full retail) that installs in a few minutes with no tools. Internet sites say that the repair should cost $150 at the most. Tonkin's quote was $300. They also told my daughter that her 2018 Sonic with 50,000 miles on it needed 1) new spark plugs, 2) a fuel injector flush, 3) a brake system flush, 4) and a cabin air filter. All told, an additional $700 for ridiculous and unnecessary "repairs". We paid the $150 diagnostic fee and took the car home. I bought a purge valve for $20 on Amazon, watched a U-tube video, then changed it out in 5 minutes with no tools needed. They thought that my daughter was a sucker and tried to put it to her. More
