Went to Ron Tonkin Chevrolet today for what was going to be my final oil change at a dealership . Samantha , the young lady that helped me with my truck was awesome. She asked me all the right questions and be my final oil change at a dealership . Samantha , the young lady that helped me with my truck was awesome. She asked me all the right questions and when I indicated that I was just needing and oil change today and was in a bit of a hurry , she went above and beyond. She shared the other services that L might need and that were available but was not pushy . Very professional and got the service done in a timely manor . I wasn't planning on going back for oil changes and other services as I have in the past but Samantha has restored my faith in this location for my future work . Thakn you , Roy More

Was told I needed a part that is no longer made and that I would have to look in a junk yard. However, they would be happy to install it if I found the part.... After they kept my vehicle for over 15 days I would have to look in a junk yard. However, they would be happy to install it if I found the part.... After they kept my vehicle for over 15 days sitting at the dealership, I was allowed to take it home without the issue taken care of. I took it to Cooper's and they actually took the part out to inspect it. They cleaned it. It works great! No need for a new part! Tonkin was a waste of time and money! Never going back to Tonkin for service again! More

The service department was great, they were very understanding, and explained what was wrong with my car in terms I could understand.
