I got what I wanted, not just what they had Like others I had been looking for a few months at various dealerships and couldn't find the right optioned and colored Silverado. They told me they would find it and give me a call when they do. within hours I received a call from Guillermo "Will" Heredia. They found exactly what I was looking for in Idaho. My sales rep Will actually drove to Idaho on a Sunday and trailered it back on Monday. That is what you call customer service. More

Repairs not done correctly the first time My truck needed a new transmission. Ron Tonkins service center did the work as well as repaired an existing oil leak. Less than 1000 miles later I n My truck needed a new transmission. Ron Tonkins service center did the work as well as repaired an existing oil leak. Less than 1000 miles later I noticed transmission fluid and oil was leaking from under my truck. It took me over a month before I could get my truck back in because they did not have a loaner vehicle available. Because they did not replace the seals when they put the transmission in the old seals leaked costing me an additional 1600 in labor for them to drop the transmission again and do the work they should have done in the first place and replace the seals with new ones. Needless to say I will not be returning to Ron Tonkin for any more service. I feel they did not replace the seals because they knew at some point they would leak which would mean they could take me for more money that way. More

Parts not Ordered but Scheduled Anyways! Called to schedule a service for a Recall on AIRBAGS. They scheduled me for 8/8/2017 at 5:30 PM. Had to get off work early and when I got there they t Called to schedule a service for a Recall on AIRBAGS. They scheduled me for 8/8/2017 at 5:30 PM. Had to get off work early and when I got there they told me my parts were not in, they hadn't even made a request/purchase yet! Why did you schedule me?! I also mentioned to them that I got a shield guard for the inside and outside of my car when purchased, but was never called back to schedule. They told me that purchase was not in the system. I was called a liar, thank goodness I had the contract in my car showing I did in fact buy it! Service here has just been awful. They will sweet talk you into making a purchase and just dump you into a system that doesn't even work. More
