I have a 2014 Chevy Captiva, I work driving for Uber/Lyft so my car running great and safely is of the utmost importance. Over the past nine months besides the regular service check ups that Jeremy in Service suggested I do when I’m suppose to, we have had about four emergencies come up that without the quick and friendly help from Jeremy, this could have been a bad outcome for me and my passengers! I feel he is our friend who cares about us and our needs, everyone there is awesome, but Jeremy is our Superstar and we hope things never change at this dealership, we love it and will continue to have nothing but the best to say about it and Jeremy. I forgot to mention that he goes over and above the call of duty, he came out to the lot to put my brake light in, in a hurry and he stays after hours to get back to us on any questions or concerns we may have! She was able to coordinate the pre-approval prior to me coming in and was able to acquire the vehicle that I wanted from a different dealership so that I could test drive it. I ultimately purchased the vehicle for what I thought was a great deal. Lacey has also been helpful after the sale and was available for questions about things such as key replacement after the sale. If you need to a used car, I would highly recommend this dealership as well as the Tonkin2U program if you are always on the move! More

Our first was a Cadillac ATS that we absolutely loved, and we had such a great customer service experience that when we decided to purchase a brand new truck this February, we went right back to Ron Tonkin! Our sales man Chad was so helpful, thoughtful and considerate, even called after our purchase just to follow up and make certain we were completely satisfied. The finance manager Jon Scott helped us through the finance process with such ease, and so quickly, we were in and out in just about an hour! Such a hassle-free experience from beginning to end! Overcharge for hours of repair, stonewalling by staff We brought our Cadillac Escalade in for a sensor repair in late October. $700. When the vehicle was returned to us the heater blower wasn't working (it was when we brought it in). Two weeks later we returned to the agency thinking the fix would be free or inexpensive...$1800 and six hours later we picked up the truck. The bill charged $1025 for labor which tallies out at 8.5 hours given the $120/hr exorbitant labor charge. We contested the labor charge, were stonewalled again and again and finally the supervisor of the repair shop gave us this explanation ... They use an estimated time for repair schedule 'sometimes it takes longer and sometimes shorter' but customer is charged according to the schedule, not actual time the repair took. We were charged for 2 and 1/2 hours that our truck wasn't even in the shop! Again we were refused an adjustment on the bill. We had requested a $300 refund. $2500 in two weeks...over $4000 2017 alone. We won't be returning. Below, quality of work =poor More

Recommend changing everything under the hood My tire pressure indicator light was on. A well known tire shop tested the sensors and said they were fine, which seemed right since they were very new. They said it was likely a computer issue and recommended I take it to a dealer. I took it to Tonkin, explained the issue and that the hub was likely going out. They diagnosed the issues and recommended hub replacement ($300 more than the tire shop), four new sensors (already new), tire rotation due to excessive uneven ware (1500 miles on the new tires), new spark plug wires (changed 6 months ago) and a lot of other services based upon mileage. I can understand the mileage recommendations since they have no idea what has already been done, but several of the other recommendations were completely unnecessary and expensive. One BS recommendation ruins my trust in the rests. I'll go back to Alan Webb. More
