R.T.C. has a unique on line negotiation form that lets you haggle & counter offer & accept final deal all online. they were also great about accepting 3 different forms of payment on a Sunday; ATM, Cash & personal check from my young 20 year old son with an Olive Garden server's income. I feel ripped off I bought a 2015 Malibu LTZ Turbo. Having navigation is important to me so I asked right off if this car had it and was told by Alex (salesman) that in I bought a 2015 Malibu LTZ Turbo. Having navigation is important to me so I asked right off if this car had it and was told by Alex (salesman) that indeed it did and that the car had everything and there was nothing to add. I couldn't figure out how to access the navigation and it turned out that it wasn't there to access. I went back and forth with the dealership for weeks and would have settled for a $300 portable unit and they still would not make it right. They said that I signed the paperwork and they were not going to to anything. My wife will be trading in her car next year but we will not go anywhere near Ron Tonkin Chevy. Once you've signed they are done with you. I am extremely unhappy with them. A friend tried to warn me about them but I did not listen, now he smiles and says "Told ya so". More

They made promises before we purchase our cars and then would deny they ever said that. We dealt directly with Ed Tonkin and never got our problems fixed he would just turn his back on us. What a looser. We had to get state attorneys and Chevrolet head regionals involved. More
I went in for a routine oil change. Robin was my service contact. He informed me that my car was due for an M1 along with the oil change. He gave me a realistic time frame and I went in t o the waiting area contact. He informed me that my car was due for an M1 along with the oil change. I opted to leave it so he got Richard to drive me to w work. They completed my car, Richard picked me back up and I paid and got my car and went on my way. It was a well communicated process. More

My Wahlin explained the problems with my mother-in-law's car in detail. The entire steering column had been replaced at no cost, however, steering instability persisted. Bill explained that after replacing the steering column, the computer code recommendation was to replace the steering drive motor. The car is out of warranty, however, it has less than 25,000 miles. I asked Bill if he could request an exception from GM since the car has low milage & since the electric steering design had issues. Bill talked GM into paying for replacement of the electric steering motor saving my mother-in-law $500+ that she couldn't afford. He also called my mother-in-law 24 hours after the repair to confirm that all is well. More
