She was able to coordinate the pre-approval prior to me coming in and was able to acquire the vehicle that I wanted from a different dealership so that I could test drive it. I ultimately purchased the vehicle for what I thought was a great deal. Lacey has also been helpful after the sale and was available for questions about things such as key replacement after the sale. Our sales man Chad was so helpful, thoughtful and considerate, even called after our purchase just to follow up and make certain we were completely satisfied. The finance manager Jon Scott helped us through the finance process with such ease, and so quickly, we were in and out in just about an hour! Such a hassle-free experience from beginning to end!
