Always a great experience walking through the front door, and greeted by Josh. Next time I am in the market for an new or pre owned vehicle. Josh has my business no reason to go anywhere else. and greeted by Josh. Next time I am in the market for an new or pre owned vehicle. Josh has my business no reason to go anywhere else. More

Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Absolute trash. Definitely do not take your car here to be worked on. I’ll update this review and elaborate on my horrific experience, waisted money Absolute trash. Definitely do not take your car here to be worked on. I’ll update this review and elaborate on my horrific experience, waisted money and still non-fixed car when I have more time. For now I’m dealing with having missed a funeral and driving on a long road trip in a black car with no air conditioning in August with an elderly woman and small children thanks to their incompetence. Such an unpleasant experience at this dealership. I had gone in for a test drive and asked for them to send me some paperwork to review before returning to purchase. They promised to send it, only I had gone in for a test drive and asked for them to send me some paperwork to review before returning to purchase. They promised to send it, only to deny it later, but could "work something out" if i came back in. I thought the high pressure sales tactics were a boomer era thing. Zach was my salesperson, and i had to ask him 3 times to not pull his mask down to talk during the test drive. I left feeling really icky about the whole experience and was constantly hounded for over a week after saying "no". More

The old sign use to mean something. Now it’s a symbol of a old deteriorating business.. More

Unsure about the quality of the used car I traded in for since the headlights didn't even work when I got it. Makes me highly doubt any of their used vehicles are properly inspected if they miss something t since the headlights didn't even work when I got it. Makes me highly doubt any of their used vehicles are properly inspected if they miss something that obvious and important. At this point I just want my trade-in vehicle back, and I thought that a letter from the credit union saying that the loan was denied due to the value of the car being way less than the loan amount would be enough to void the spot delivery agreement, but apparently the financing did go through and I'm SOL. Just save yourself the headache and go with a different dealership (or even an online one with no dealership pressure). Also, now trying to cancel a service contract that was added on to my trade-in deal, but they're making me come back in to the dealer to sign the cancellation documents-also seems sketchy since electronic signatures exist, right? UPDATE: Just noticed that they immediately listed my 2017 Chevy Volt trade-in for sale on their website, without disclosing the large dent on the side of the car and that the vehicle is currently inoperable because of a part that's backordered.
