Very professional, yet kind. I appreciated the easy courteous check on. I was informed via video ( while in the waiting room) the work they were doing . I was asked if I I wanted to move forward on what they suggested needed done. ( I really appreciated this part) no unexpected charges. I was continuously informed on time. So no waiting for hours not knowing. Yes you do pay a little bit more. It's 100% worth it. This is my car! And... they gave me a free car wash voucher. WARNING SEXIST DEALERSHIP WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN CONSUMERS! Had my Chevy in there dealership 4 months ago and told them it had a check engine light for the oil pressure sensor the dealership lied to CONSUMERS! Had my Chevy in there dealership 4 months ago and told them it had a check engine light for the oil pressure sensor the dealership lied to me and said it was fine and here I am with my truck broke down and they refuse to tow it know that it is a problem. Just because I am a women they think they can lie. See pictures below and you be the judge on this shady dealership. Eric the service person I was dealing with and Sean Bloemke was the service manger and the general manager is Sean Connolly. I have reached out to the attorney general of Portland as well as other Chevy dealership which lead me to Sean Kendrick which is the platform of directors and now something is being done about these men that take advantage of women consumers.
