No worries, Archie the EV Specialist at my local Chevrolet store had more answers then I had questions. He was able to locate a vehicle that worked perfectly for my needs, and even got me a discount so I could get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, even though it had one package I didn't need he wrote off the price so I got it for free! I could not be happier with my experience here, it took 2 months but Archie kept me updated waiting on my Bolt with funny videos and a few phone calls checking in on me. I was elated the day my phone buzzed with a video of Archie showing my car ready for delivery. He had done most of the work ahead of time, so when I went in with my financing secured and exact payment figured out before hand so I was straight into signing papers. He setup my phone app to unlock my car through my phone like a Tesla. Jaron in finance was super knowledge and efficient, and manager Andrew is always a joy to talk with. Thank you all!~ More

I told John what I wanted, the payment range I was looking for an John was no bull, straight up, personable and accomodating to my needs and wants. I told John what I wanted, the payment range I was looking for and he made it happen. Never once did he upsell me, skirt around, or pressure me into finalizing any deal - it was all on MY time. The service aid didn't relay the correct information to the mechanic the mechanic failed to do physical inspection with the car he didn't address the main problems with the car he basically did a faculty the mechanic the mechanic failed to do physical inspection with the car he didn't address the main problems with the car he basically did a faculty maintenance job on the car the water was leaking when I arrived to pick the car up how hard is it to repair a water pump correctly basically they charge you a dealer price but give you poor quality of work! probably because its in run down part of town so they don't take no pride in there work More

I traded in a vehicle at the end of December 2022 to buy a new car. The title was never removed from my name resulting in myself receiving a parking ticket for a car I have not had ownership for for six mon a new car. I had a bad feeling during the sales process because of how uninformed Jaron Watkins was. I wish I had never went through with it. It has been an absolute waste of my time and hard earned money. More
