Both my husband & I have mobility issues and we were pleased not to have to spend time "walking the lot"--- Logan had the car pulled up front for us to check it out. There was no pressure to buy. (Impressive & appreciated). Logan presented information about the car in a professional, personalized and friendly manner! He knew what we wanted/needed and was very helpful in making it happen for us! And – the car only had 7,000 miles on it and was a 2022!! What incredible & fantastic customer service! Logan even followed up after we purchased to see if everything was going well. This is the 2nd car we’ve bought from this lot; we definitely recommend Logan and Archie to others! Any questions I had were answered within minutes, and he had put together a video of the truck around after just 20 minutes of him getting to the lot. We had called and text many times as we worked a deal. Robert, and the finance managers at Tonkin made quick work of great finance options and moved forward quickly. This was an out of town deal, initially made online, and these guys were awesome. I have been in the auto body repair industry for 25 years and am very particular about any personal use autos we buy, new or used. Robert answered any and all questions we may have had about the vehicle, with photos (being a used vehicle) that we were wondering about. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rig in the Pacific NW! More
