Was told when we made the appointment that they had ordered the part when we took the truck in, they wanted to check and see what was wrong, and then they said. Oh, we need to order the part. But when we took it in, they said. All we have to order that we don't have that in. They said the part for the Monitor/Internet/OnStar they had no idea when they would get that part. More
