They are great at listening, paying attention to detail and following up as well as just being amazing at customer service. This is THE dealer to go to in the valley. I live an hour away in fresno and I will be making the drive there when I need anything or another vehicle. They’re what all dealerships should aim at being like. A real family owned solid dealership. Please do yourself a favor and buy from them before wasting time anywhere else. More
I went in with the hopes of buying a used car. I walked away in tears, due to the pricing. I was offered less than fair value for my trade in, which was a total slap in my face. My current vehicle has a few minor blemishes, but nothing worth 2/3 of fair value trade in. Then, when it came time do dicuss the price of the 'new' vehicle, they weren't willing to budge, although it was priced almost a grand over Blue Book. The salesman was a bit condecending in the sense that he assumed I wanted retail for my trade in and wholesale for the 'new' vehicle. On the contrary, I wanted reasonable numbers. You can't offer me next to nothing for my trade in and then charge me $1000 over Blue Book's excellent condition pricing. They continued to contact me after we left the dealership saying the loan payment was beyond our personal budget, wanting to know if they could still send our loan out to get approved by a bank. Um, no. We already made it clear we could not afford the numbers we were quoted. The second sales manager that we dealt with was completely unreasonable and not-so-friendly. I would not attempt to purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future. More
Customer service was excellent. I am basing my evaluation on the experience I had purchasing a new Enclave. Thai Do was a well-informed salesman who helped my wife and I get a vehicle that meets evaluation on the experience I had purchasing a new Enclave. Thai Do was a well-informed salesman who helped my wife and I get a vehicle that meets our family's needs and a price we could afford. He didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't need. The financing team was able to find us financing at an excellent rate, even though I have a few blemishes on my credit report. I would definitely recommend Ron Smith to my friends. More
