On the positive side, the salespeople at the dealership, including Colin Brennan with whom we arranged our deal, were not paid on commission, which resulted in a low-pressure and helpful environment. This was a refreshing change from other dealerships that we have visited in the past and we appreciate the straightforward and transparent approach. However, our positive experience took a turn for the worse when we met John Sima on the final day to finalize our purchase. John, unlike the sales staff, was extremely high-pressure, constantly interrupting and talking over my daughter as she tried to express her thoughts and concerns about the purchase of her 2020 Toyota Corolla. It was clear that he was more interested in making a sale than in ensuring that we were comfortable and confident in our decision. Reluctantly, we ended up purchasing the bumper-to-bumper warranty that John was heavily pushing, mainly because my wife wanted the additional insurance as our daughter was in the process of moving to North Carolina. We thought we were making a wise decision, but unfortunately, we were mistaken. When our daughters car had issues, we discovered that the bumper-to-bumper insurance was not at comprehensive as we were led to believe. Feeling frustrated and misled, we reached out to John a week ago for assistance. He assured us that that he would cancel the policy but we have not received confirmation. In light of our experience, I would caution potential customers to be wary of the high pressure tactics employed by John Sima and to carefully review all of the paperwork. While the most of the staff at Ron Marhofer Nissan may be low pressure and helpful the same cannot be said for all the members of the team. More
After test driving a dozen smaller suvs for my teenage daughter, Ron Marhofer Nissan was a breath of fresh air. Our salesperson, Connie, was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue. We appreciated her no pressure sales attitude. She genuinely seemed to care about finding us the "right" car for our new driver. We appreciated the quality of used cars that Ron Marhofer had to show us. Connie found an almost new 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport with only 3800 miles on it. We couldn't be happier. Even after the sale, Connie continued to help. When notified that floor mats were missing, she dropped them off at our house. When we brought the incorrect mileage on the title to her attention, she made sure that we had another temporary license plate tag until it was rectified. We have always been Toyota/Lexus buyers, but Nissan exceeded our expectations. Great Work! More
A few weeks ago, my daughter took her 2014 Rogue in for a recall. I told her to get an oil change and have them look at a few other things while there. They came back with thousands of dollars of work they recall. I told her to get an oil change and have them look at a few other things while there. They came back with thousands of dollars of work they said it needed including rear brakes and a tie rod. I told her to decline it all and I would look at it. Well, it didn't need rear brakes, the pads were at 80%, the caliper slides were fin and the pads were not seized up. Also, both front tie rods were in perfect condition. No play whatsoever! I'll tell you what happened...they saw a car naive 25 year old young woman that they felt they could take advantage of! They just did it to the wrong young woman!!!!! Beware of this dealership!!!! More

Drove an hour to see a car that was posted on the website. The car was on the website for 3 days. The car was not at the dealership. They used the auction photos. When I asked for a card to call the manager and discuss why they advertised a car that wasn't even in their inventory yet, the general manager Bobby was rude about it. He didn't even tell me he was the general manager, I had to ask if that was his card. He never apologized, he walked out of an office handed me a card and said that is the way all dealerships do it and walked away. The receptionist showed more respect to me then the general manager. I was there to buy a $52,000 car and was treated like I was trash. I gave back the card and walked out. No customer deserves to be treated like that, especially by the general manager who should be setting a good example for his employees. More
Kyle and team were easy to deal with - no high pressure sales tactics. This was my 4th vehicle (3 used, this one new) purchased from a Marhofer dealership and they do a great job!
