Contacted this dealer about new ram truck I wanted to get ball park figures on before making the 3 and half hour drive. Corresponded with Alf Kane and sent pics and info on my trade in as requested. I reached on multiple times to see if he needed more information. Nothing. I even asked if maybe they sold the truck. Nothing. Not sure if this is common with this dealer or just horrible salesman. This was my 1st and last experience with this dealership as I suppose if someone would buy from them then customer service after the sale would be even worse. Beware!!!!!!!! More
