I took my Jeep Renegade in to have the sunroof motor replaced on October 1st. Was told it would be a five hour job. Well 21 days later, I still do not have my car back. Due to the lack of communication replaced on October 1st. Was told it would be a five hour job. Well 21 days later, I still do not have my car back. Due to the lack of communication between the service department and the mechanics my car was “missing” for over a week. No one knew where my car was, was told it was at some body shop but no one could tell me where due to the fact that the person who was handling my car quit unexpectedly. Then was told several days later it was in the Bay Area, which was lie. Waited a few more days was told it came from the body shop had to dry for 24 hours before they leak checked it. Which was also a lie. Then was told it was at the body shop, because they had to repaint from superficial scratches while cutting out the sunroof. Got in touch with the body shop, was told the sunroof would be finished and back at Ron Lewis so they could put the inside of the car back together, still no word from Ron Lewis on what is going on with my vehicle. 21 DAYs later! I bought several vehicles in the past from Ron Lewis, I will never do business with them again! More

Called and talked to two service personnel, "we'll call you back" and they never did. I even took my vehicle in for them to look at and they did not assist me with a warranty repair.
