Please DO NOT buy from this dealer. Gave false information on trade in an price. Tried to sell us a car that had damage from a hail storm. Then stumbled for words and said if we came back on Mon information on trade in an price. Tried to sell us a car that had damage from a hail storm. Then stumbled for words and said if we came back on Monday they would fix it. Also said in order to fix the car we would have to buy it first...RED FLAG! Also, after I said I would not sign anything until it was fixed. Magically, they would not give me the trade in value I needed. I drove over an hour to be jerked around. Also, they ran my credit (which was my stupidity in trying to make the paperwork go faster). I should have listened to other reviews. Shady, deceiving, and terrible dealer! More

Return to the dealership for installation of items ordered at of purchase for my 2012 Dodge Durango Crew AWD. The Service/Parts got my ordered items, called me for an appointment time (that worked fo ordered at of purchase for my 2012 Dodge Durango Crew AWD. The Service/Parts got my ordered items, called me for an appointment time (that worked for me). The Mechanic (Curtis) that worked on my vehicle did a thorough job installing the items, taking the time and care to do the job right ; even asked me to check it over for my satisfaction. I am very picky over how my cars are treated, watching them while their being worked on, and looking it over when done. Afterwards, the dealership washed my vehicle…this was a pleasant surprise ! It's always a pleasure to take my Jeep Liberty in for servicing knowing that Ed will be attentive to the details. He is very knowledgable and easy to work with. Liars, cheaters, and con men! They went against my wishes and ran my credit through multiple lenders even though I told them very firmly not to because I already had approval from my own lender. Then they lied about the service contract I purchased and told me it was an extended Chrysler warranty. As it turns out, it's a third party warranty which I'm sure will never pay out on claims. And they are very rude and pushy. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them! They should be shut down because I'm sure what they are doing is illegal! More
I have known Ed for a long time, actually from another dealership where I had work done by him and his crew on a different make and model of car that I currently am driving. I have always valued Ed's opi dealership where I had work done by him and his crew on a different make and model of car that I currently am driving. I have always valued Ed's opinion and honesty and he is the reason that I am now driving a Chrysler as opposed to my previous vehicle. I WAS IN A BIT OF A HURRY AND PRESSED FOR TIME GOING BETWEEN TWO JOBS AND WAS CONCIDERING RESCHEDULING MY APPT FOR MY PART THAT WAS RECALLED. I HAD CALLED INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE WITH EDDIE IN SER BETWEEN TWO JOBS AND WAS CONCIDERING RESCHEDULING MY APPT FOR MY PART THAT WAS RECALLED. I HAD CALLED INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE WITH EDDIE IN SERVICE WHO TOLD ME TO KEEP THE APPT AND BRING IT IN THAT THEY WILL GET ME ON MY WAY WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR. ONCE ARRIVING, THE SERVICE WAS QUICK, EFFIECENT AND FRIENDLY. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TIME TO SIT IN THE WAITING ROOM AS I WAS HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH EDDIE AND A SALESMEN MY JEEP WAS COMPLETED. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT SERVICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More
