This dealership supports local school, community and civic events in our area and I like that. I also had 3 friends recommend this dealership because of their positive experience. I was deciding between the Jeep I purchased and another AWD vehicle and the patient attention and knowledgeable feedback I received from my salesperson Jim Henning made the decision easy. And the service I received from Dawn in the business office made the whOle transaction easy and stress free. Shout outs to Kevin and Jason and Collin too who helped with logistics since I came alone and had to get my current vehicle back home and needed some help. In short, everyone I encountered made feel at home and valued as a customer. I am very happy about my new car which promises to be a great vehicle but I know for sure that my experience with this dealership was outstanding and truly excellent. More

Awful Service Department I would strongly recommend finding any other dealer for service other than Ron Lewis Dodge in Pleasant Hills. After picking up my vehicle three times, I would strongly recommend finding any other dealer for service other than Ron Lewis Dodge in Pleasant Hills. After picking up my vehicle three times, and being charged over $800 in unnecessary work, my Ram is in worse condition. It has taken over two months to "resolve" the situation, which has still not been properly resolved by anyone at the company. I would never take another vehicle to Ron Lewis Dodge and would encourage anyone reading this to avoid that dealership at all costs. More
Poor Salesman! My first impression of my salesman Josh Pagliei was great! Very helpful, friendly and did give me a great deal on our used 2014 Nissan Rogue. BUT afte My first impression of my salesman Josh Pagliei was great! Very helpful, friendly and did give me a great deal on our used 2014 Nissan Rogue. BUT after I walked out the door Josh wanted nothing to do with me. He seemed like a different person. After driving it home I realized that the paint in the hood was chipped in about 2 dozen spots. I proceeded to text Josh about the issue and asked if there was anything they could do to correct this issue. He then texted me that he could order some touch up paint for me. I then told him that touch up paint wouldn't work since there were so many spots and asked him what else they could do to make it right.. He then texted back "Sorry, not at that price". I was appalled! That price may not be a lot of money for him but it is for me! On top of that Josh had mentioned that there was an extra set of keys while we were discussing the price before the sale. We did not receive the extra set. At this point I contacted the sales manager Bill Hart regarding Josh's comments regarding the paint and he was very nice and said that they would take care of the paint free of charge. In which he did arrange for someone to come and resolve the paint issue. And I was happy with the job they did. And then I asked them about the extra set of keys and they looked everywhere for them and couldn't find them.. So the sales manager told me to get a hold of the key guy and they will cover the cost to make an extra set. When he was telling me this Josh proceeded to tell me that he gave the keys to me the day I bought the vehicle. I told him if he did, then I wouldn't be asking for them.. he continued to insist he gave them to me. Several weeks later the sales manager called and left a message stating they found the extra set of keys. At that point I texted Josh and asked him to mail the keys to me because we live 40 minutes from dealership and don't have time to make the trip. That was a week and a half ago and no keys in the mail. I am very disappointed with the salesman's attitude after the sale. But I am happy with the sales managers for resolving my issues..but I am still waiting for the extra set of keys in the mail. More
Service department Do not go to this dealership for any type of service! I was treated terribly by Don in the service dept. He was rude and unprofessional. He was of no help when it came to my transmission problems, and would not even look at my van to assess the problem. I will never go back to this dealership. 3 days later we picked up our van, traded it in at another dealership, and bought a new van from them. More
Run around n worst customer service. Brought my car in because my rear tires were towing out. Was told by the service department that "it's just the way your looking at your car" " it's t Brought my car in because my rear tires were towing out. I have put at least 3 sets of tires on this car in the last 6months. Finally they said they would evaluate my car for $100 no problem. Come back n tell me yada yada yada n it will cost me $3233.00 plus tax. Oh n none of its covered by lifetime unlimited mileage maximum care. Talked to Keith the service manger who I had to call five times. He never returned my calls. He was short n rude n told me his tech explained this to me. I've made many many many call to Mr Cochran n yet no return call.. Once they sell you a car they are basically done with you. Worst customer service ever. My next step is probably reaching out to the media n small claims court More

Back on the lot We raced over on a Saturday to view a VW Passat we found online. The salesman was friendly enough. They even pulled it into the garage, out of the rain, for us to view. ...We found a potentially major oil leak. Puddles of oil in the engine, in which I could dip my finger! We showed the salesman who explained their mechanic has been on vacation for a couple weeks (what?!) and they really don't fix up the used cars in order to keep the prices low (way wrong answer!). We drove past 30 minutes later and saw the same car back in a prime position on the lot with the price back in the window. They were to rack it and call us back on Monday... yeah, no call. I really hope someone didn't get stuck with that car!! I classify that as a DISHONEST dealership and NO, I will not recommend them and I will tell others to BEWARE! More
