The manager conveniently stepped out and sent his "understudy" to come in. After insults to me I had enough. I asked the manager to call me and after 4 weeks and 2 more messages he still has not called me. The salesman has contacted me as the messenger. The management at this dealership is terrible and I would never recommend buying from them. My recommendation is STAY AWAY from RON LEWIS JEEP. More

There was a known recall with a part on my jeep that was covered under warranty and they fixed the part which cost $2000 and they would not let me take my jeep home until i paid for the service. I didn't have money to get a lawyer but I was not they only person their service department done this too over the years. Trust me IM not just some unhappy customer that is writting this review just for the xxxx of it. I wasn't even going to bother until I found many other people that Ron Lewis Chrysler Jeep dodge took total advantage of. If I could have given no stars here I would have. Does anyone know the time frame u can take a dealership to court because I aM thinking of still getting a layer because this place totally ripped me off along with many other poor customers. Do not buy from this place, u will be sorry if you do. They are very rude there. More

I live about 2 hours aways and was emailing Tyler back and forth until i had a chance to come in. When i walked in i was greeted and since Tyler was occupied i was helped by Jimi. Great customer service from the moment i walked in until i left with my new car. Jimi took care of every question and concern that i had. I met a lot of the staff and to my surprise majority of the staff were prior service members ranging from Navy, Army and Marines. Worst experience ever with a dealer ship Traded my truck in on used 2014 dodge ram 2500 , just inspected after 3 days brakes were squealing. I took it to cranberry store since I live very clo Traded my truck in on used 2014 dodge ram 2500 , just inspected after 3 days brakes were squealing. I took it to cranberry store since I live very close they said no problem. They checked brakes said it was fixed 3 days later squealing again so they put new front brakes on and a new caliper with out finding out why this was happening after many conversations with service manager.three days later brakes squealing again,so I personally looked at truck being mechanic earlier in life. To find they sanded down the rear brakes to break the glaze on pads due to over heating that was caused by calier slide pin severly rusted and frozen.so I out new rear brakes on truck and new slide pins no more brake problem.so they put a sticker on a truck that should not have passed inspection!!! A few months later truck felt shifty found down the road so I check front end to find both upper ball joints going bad especially the passenger side. I called dealer they said it just makes it under the warranty bring it in. They checked it out and said they are with in range!! Now I have 4 new tires ordered for my truck because the front ones are wearing uneven due to bad ball joints that im sure any mechanic would fail them for state inspection!! Then to top things off when the brake issue was going on the driver was making noise and has slight bump to it when you take a turn. I told them about the many times it's been there for the brake issue they failed to fix properly. Then they finally check to see if there is any problems with seats making this noise thru dodge serice bullitens low and behold there is some type of blocks they said they would order and call when they come in. Ok no phone call to fix that even when it was just there for ball joint problem!! More ahead the roof leaked water stained the headliner and had half inch water under rear seat!! Also the transmission does not engauge right away on slight hill at traffic light!! Wonder what kind of B S run around I'm in for next. This truck was certified also. I still may contact state police about the truck passing inspection when it shouldn't have. So now I'm taking it to different dodge dealer to get resolution on ball joints so my new 1000 dollars worth of tires don't get ruined from incompetent mechanics and service mangers there that don't stand behind a truck they sold me for 30,000 !! Moral of this situation is Ron Lewis dealerships suck don't go there they jerk you around and what a waste of my time!!!! More

Nice Dealership. Great Sales! Jimi from the dealership met me as I walked into the showroom. There was very little pressure to buy throughout the entire process.
