I purchased a 2023 Dodge Durango April 2024. I picked the vehicle up and it was low on oil, I asked for oil to be added and was told it was… well it was not added. I took the vehicle to get the I picked the vehicle up and it was low on oil, I asked for oil to be added and was told it was… well it was not added. I took the vehicle to get the oil changed and it was 3 quarts low. I am also missing an engine cover and was told they would order one. Then all of a sudden was told they don’t make them for the vehicle… which is a lie. I was also told I have a warranty, was given no paperwork on this warranty and the paperwork I got says “As is “ so which is it as I got no answers. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. More
Took my keep in for service for a recall & inspection, everything was taken care of quicky. Received a call back saying there was another recall that I didn’t realize, Will schedule that in the up comi everything was taken care of quicky. What a joke. My daughter takes her Jeep to dealer for brake squeak. They tell her about other other issues with coolant leak and in the engine? She explained that some of its covered under warranty but he said they won’t warranty it? Which we placed a call to the warranty company and some of it would have been covered! So I go out with her and it’s a different story on what needs fixed?? Hmm….guess they seen her coming and $$$$. Tech did call back and try to explain but we declined and decided to try another dealer. But I guess after they charged us a “$75 evaluation fee” and no manager explanation its worth losing 2 customers. Thanks Ron Lewis auto for the help!! More
Sales men were very helpful and polite, they give you options and different plans to keep the costumer satisfy, however, the receptionist is a jerk! I got there and she yelled at me for not reason, I told her I was there at 8am to buy a car and she acted very rude and aloud! I thought she was gonna beat me up, she told me they are not open until 830! And Duane wasn't there that day, you can go around and go do your things! I told her I don't want to I told her I'm waiting here, then she said go ahead and wait if u want! Well Duane was there that day which I had an appointment with him that morning, it's NOT acceptable how this ignorant woman can treat people like she has some kind of power, especially treating clients who actually there to buy a vehicle, hope she gets fire and find some one qualified to represent your company, no some ignorant low life server!! More
