Cranberry would not provide any assistance or recommendations for a tow company to get our car back to them so we ended up having to take the car to another dealer only to find that the issue was the starter. The staff is very talented and kind. The professionalism and dedication that they display is outstanding and I believe it gives the customer an immediate feeling of trust. Jobi Glessner and his staff worked very hard to find the perfect cars for us. He and his staff truly cared about how satisfied and happy we were and went above and beyond for us. Service department has poor customer service and it has taken 2 months for them to still not know what is wrong with my vehicle.
