It's too bad there is no negative rating. This dealership recently performed brake service on my 2010 Town and Country. They failed to properly secure a caliper bolt, putting my family at risk. We took our Jeep in for service at Cranberry Chrysler advising it wasn't starting up correctly. 300 dollars of unneccessary labor costs and one week after taking the Jeep into Cranberry Chrysler we were advising it wasn't starting up correctly. 300 dollars of unneccessary labor costs and one week after taking the Jeep into Cranberry Chrysler we were stranded at the airport and the Jeep again would not start. Cranberry would not provide any assistance or recommendations for a tow company to get our car back to them so we ended up having to take the car to another dealer only to find that the issue was the starter. The tow truck driver was even able to diagnose the issue immediately. More

This is the fourth car that we have purchased from them and I will NEVER buy a car anywhere el of the Cranberry Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership!!!!!! This is the fourth car that we have purchased from them and I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else! Every time we have walked into the dealership it was very welcoming and exciting! The staff is very talented and kind. The professionalism and dedication that they display is outstanding and I believe it gives the customer an immediate feeling of trust. Jobi Glessner and his staff worked very hard to find the perfect cars for us. He and his staff truly cared about how satisfied and happy we were and went above and beyond for us. I would also like to compliment Jobi for the excellent job that he has done not only with his staff but with the pristine environment of the dealership! I would recommend the Cranberry Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone interested in buying a car. Congratulations to Jobi Glessner for all of his hard work making the dealership the best! Service department has poor customer service and it has taken 2 months for them to still not know what is wrong with my vehicle. Dealership charges $125 for a 10,000 synthetic motor oil change on 6.1 Hemi's. Nearby charges $90-100. They offer to change it before 5,000 miles.
