Just wanted to thank the service team for helping me with an emergency service repair that I needed. I did not have an appointment but they said they would try to squeeze me in (they let me know it could tak an emergency service repair that I needed. I did not have an appointment but they said they would try to squeeze me in (they let me know it could take a while). I am extremely grateful for their new shuttle service. They took me home and called later to tell me the answer about my problem with my wheel. They had to wait for parts to come in but ran out of time to fix it that day. They called the next morning when it was done and shuttled me back. I couldn't be more pleased. More

On 3/6/24, we bought our second car from Ron Lewis in Cranberry. There'll likely not be a third because this experience was bad: It started when the sales person promised to reduce the dealer fees prior Cranberry. There'll likely not be a third because this experience was bad: It started when the sales person promised to reduce the dealer fees prior to purchase via text, but then reneged on it when we had to pay. They did give us the also negotiated discount, but then charged an extra percent on taxes, coincidentally the same amount. Weeks later we eventually got that amount back but what would have happened if we hadn't caught that "mistake"? They promised quick online registration but somehow couldn't get it done, refunded that fee, but without any comment so I had to go to a notary and stay on the phone for hours with PennDOT to figure out what happened. I bought another car from a different dealer weeks later and that online registration went through without problems - and before Ron Lewis'. It took over three months to finally get the missing but promised manual and cargo mat for the car - and we had to drive 2.5 hours to pick it up because - despite asking for it with plenty of lead time - Ron Lewis was unable to have both drop-shipped (which the shipper would have done) or ship it themselves. If you ever plan on working here, do not. In the two months I was there: I never got a name tag I was told uniforms would be free upon hiring, they tried making me pay for them (after work In the two months I was there: I never got a name tag I was told uniforms would be free upon hiring, they tried making me pay for them (after working there 9 weeks with no uniforms) My name and advisor number had changed 3 times. When servicing vehicles, sometimes they were under a different name, and I could never find my cars. One of the names was an employee who had committed suicide, and they never took him out of the system. Mr Lewis, the owner, never acknowledged me, never said hello. I attempted a connection multiple times. The management is all over the place. Positions were invented and removed during the 10 weeks I had worked there, and none of the techs or advisors had time to adapt to the changes before more changes were made again. I worked more hours than expected upon hiring. The construction made it near impossible to make a phone call, or get through a training video. It hurt our surveys, which is all the management cares about. There is absolutely no accountability in the management. Any issue would always get pushed onto the lowest tier of employee. This seems like a failing dealership. They had just closed down their last non-Chrysler store, now only 3 stores remain, all being Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep. The service is horrendous, and I honestly can’t believe the reviews. The amount of cars that we “just couldn’t fix” after customers have returned multiple times paying multiple thousands of dollars each time was unbelievable. I have never seen a dealership with more “comebacks” and for the two months I worked there I had probably noticed 5-10 customers constantly returning with their issue unresolved. Thousands of dollars in the hole and their car still won’t get them home from the dealership. Multiple rental cars, since you can’t get a loaner from Ron Lewis. You can, but you’d have to wait about 3-4 weeks. The service department is a big failure, in my opinion, due to the lack of organization and accountability. The two managers don’t communicate and don’t know what’s even going on half the time. One day, there could be a whole new position, or I could be under a completely different name. Just to have it last a week and have everything change again. I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at Ron Lewis. More
