At the time I needed a truck, they did not have what I needed although there were a couple coming in but it would be several weeks before and I needed to replace my then current truck immediately. My brother on the other hand did purchase his work/utility truck from them and they even delivered it to his home in Santa Rosa. I have had excellent service from Ron Dupratt Ford every time and they never try to "upsell" me services that isn't necessary. This is truly one of the most honest dealers I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with dozens over the years. Honesty , integrity and trust is earned and they certainly have earned it with me. We had a wonderful experience here last weekend. We worked with Shannon Poteet and Erin Brey. Since we live in central CA, my husband began the process through email with Shannon. Everything went exact worked with Shannon Poteet and Erin Brey. Since we live in central CA, my husband began the process through email with Shannon. Everything went exactly how we hoped it would and our entire two hours at the dealership was enjoyable and positive. Not a single negative things to say. We drove home in my dream car! Next time we get a new car, the first thing I will do is see if Shannon is still working here because she’s simply the best. When I told my parents about our experience, my dad asked me if I personally knew someone there because it was obvious we were treated like family. Thanks, Ron DuPratt Ford. You took what we thought would be an anxiety-inducing purchase and turned it into a dream! More

We spoke to Danny, the general manager, he said he would get back to us but never did. Took the car to a reputable shop, it had a bad axle and a leak in the oil gasket. The cost to have everything repaired was $1200, for a car I've only had for 6 months!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone mor would we ever buy another vehicle from this place. They are just out to unload a bad car on you then they don't stand behind what they say. Shame on this place and Danny, the G M. More
Expired Temporary Registration Long story short I have Disabled plates and purchased a used truck at Ron Dupratt, so I keep possession of my plates and they transfer them to me! Si Long story short I have Disabled plates and purchased a used truck at Ron Dupratt, so I keep possession of my plates and they transfer them to me! Simple right? So I purchased Feb 10 2019 and it’s now 30 May 2019 and I still have no registration. The process to register a truck from out of the state of California weren’t done before I bought it and so I had to do it, then they lost it, then I did it again, then they didn’t send all of it, then they didn’t pay all of the fees, then after several phone calls with the DMV and Ron Dupratt staff I finally got another temp registration today, after I was denied access to the military base where I get health care because the gate guards saw my expired registration which the dealership told me don’t worry about it! A good cop will see the paperwork is pending at DMV and won’t write you a ticket! Yes! Danny at the Vacaville branch actually said that to me! So in closing the owner Pete Spitzer, Julie Spitzer, and several office clerks never returned any phone calls to me! Very very sorry customer service! I’ve purchased several vehicles from them, but never again. Stay away from these incompetent people. More
Incompetent and Unethical I acquired a 2019 Ford Fiesta ST on 1/31/19 from Ron DuPratt Ford. A few days later, less than a 100 miles driven, we noticed that the vehicle leaks s I acquired a 2019 Ford Fiesta ST on 1/31/19 from Ron DuPratt Ford. A few days later, less than a 100 miles driven, we noticed that the vehicle leaks somehow into the cabin, most of the water seemed to collect behind the driver seat. We brought the car immediately back to the dealership to be looked up, and while the bodyshop manager Mike was unwilling to look at the faulty brand new car, after working with the sales department, the car was taken in. The bodyshop was unable to reproduce the leak, although the car was soaking wet, and requested for the car to be picked back up. We did so, and the car was returned to us with giant dirty foot prints. On Wednesday, 2/13, the rain resumed and of course, the car was soaking wet again. We dropped the car off and had a conversation with the sales manager Scott about how this isn't acceptable and we'd like this addressed asap. Scott then introduced me to the general manager Barry, who in turn promised the leak would be fixed by next day, or they would work on replacing the vehicle. We came to find out that there isn't an exact match available and there's only a limited amount of these available with all the specs my vehicle has. But there's a few, so the dealership will try to acquire one if need be. On Thursday, 2/14, Scott called and stated the leak was found and is being fixed. My partner drove by the bodyshop to check on the vehicle and found it torn completely apart and came to find out that the bodyshop was only able to confirm that there is a leak somewhere, but they still had no idea where the leak is coming from or how to address it. Given that the vehicle was torn down to it's chassis, sitting out in the pouring rain, our obvious concerns were the follow up issues caused by the excessive moister exposure of the interior, possibly broken plastic tabs etc causing rattles within the vehicle once assembled and the overall quality of the reassembly. My partner sat down with the general manager of the dealership and they both agreed the dealership would replace the Fiesta ST with a white one that matched our current vehicle most closely. On Friday, 2/15, my partner drove by the bodyshop again and found the car even further torn apart than previously. The bumper and tail light was off all the electrical wiring was exposed directly to the elements, but given that the general manager of the dealership committed to replacing the vehicle, we didn't much care about what is happening to this particular vehicle. On Saturday early morning, 2/16, we got a call from the dealership from the general manager Barry that the leak was found, they are fixing it now and the car should be ready for pick up by Monday, but they are still looking for the replacement vehicle. When returning the dealerships call later in the day, the dealership stated the white vehicle we picked out was sold and there isn't any other of these available and our car would be ready for pick up, completely going back on our agreement of replacement. A quick call to the dealership who holds ownership of the white ST confirmed, the vehicle is still up for grabs - all in all, very unethical. On Monday, 2/18, we were requested to pick up the vehicle asap and the dealership is now refusing service going forward. While picking up the vehicle, all our concerns with the vehicle being torn apart and reassembled without care came true. The taillight has now water in it and isn't mounted properly. The bumper isn't aligned properly, the door seals were reused rather than replaced and therefore wavy. There was several scratches in the car and the interior was somewhat dirty. Additionally, the car already has now a musky smell to it as the carpets were not replaced. When confronting the service manager Rick about all the issues at hand, his basic response was this isn't any of his concern any longer and to take it some place else. He even stated the taillight that they broke is a warranty problem, when clearly it's a negligence problem caused by the body shop themselves. After driving the car through the local car wash with undercarriage wash, the moisture in the spot returned and I noticed some previously not present rattles. More

We made a deal o I gave this dealership a one star only because you can’t give a lower one. I contacted them on 29 December 2017 about a 2018 mustang. We made a deal over the phone and I was ready to leave to drive from Grass Valley to Dixon to pick it up when I got a call that they couldn’t sell it till recall was fixed. I was ok with that, over the next 10 days my salesman kept me wee informed. Then suddenly one of the sales managers called to go over the purchase and to tell me it still wasn’t fixed and did I still want it because other people wanted it I said absolutely. He said I would be top of the list. Suddenly the next day when I called it was sold and no one knew anything about me. I’ve called several times to speak to the owner, but no return calls. Don’t buy from this dealership !! My salesman was great the rest of them lairs More
